You’ve carried a lot to get here, and none of it is small. My hope is to offer a space where your story is honored, your pain is taken seriously, and your healing unfolds with kindness, grace, and compassion. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
Whether you’re facing trauma, addiction, relational wounds, or simply the weight of being human, you deserve a place to slow down and be met with care. I bring trauma‑informed practices, IFS, and years of experience walking with people through their hardest moments—always with compassion at the center.
Unlike this trail near my house where I walk every morning, my path into this work wasn’t a straight line. Like many people, I learned to cope with pain in ways that eventually caused more harm than healing. There were seasons when I carried wounds I didn’t know how to name, and seasons when my own choices created hurt in the people I loved most. Facing both kinds of pain—what was done to me and what I had done—became the turning point in my life.
In the long, slow work of recovery, I discovered that healing isn’t about perfection or performance. It’s about honesty, courage, and learning to meet our own story with compassion instead of shame. That journey reshaped me. It deepened my faith, humbled my heart, and taught me what real transformation requires.
Those experiences are why I sit with people the way I do today. I understand coping mechanisms that get out of control. I understand the ache of betrayal and the weight of regret. And I understand the hope that comes when we finally stop hiding and start healing.
My calling now is simple: to offer the same kindness, grace, and compassion that helped me rebuild my own life. If you’re carrying pain—whether from your past, your relationships, or your own choices—you’re not alone. There is a way forward, and I would be honored to walk with you.
